Notice you will need Open AI Api key to run the app so it is not exactly free!
I would say it cost around 0.08$ for an hour of conversation and 0.04$ for generating one image.

You might get Windows notification that this application might be dangerous. It is natural since I'm nobody and I haven't signed my app. You can pass it by clicking "More info" and "Run anyway" or turn on developer mode.

To get the Open AI API key, you need to register at: https://platform.openai.com/
For your first time registering, you should get some free credits. Obviously you will need to pay if you have no credits, but apart from generating images, it is pretty cheap.
If you get .dll errors you might need to download Visual C++ Redistributable .
